Blackberry Farm
I’ve spent the last few nights staying up very late to watch the Australian Open…with matches starting at 3AM, I’ve had plenty of time to do things around the house. I’ve been catching up on some cookbook reading (I know it’s weird to read cookbooks…but I find them entertaining and inspirational) that has been piling up. You must run out and get the Blackberry Farm Cookbook. If you are not familiar with Blackberry Farm, it’s a family-run farm/resort/spa in Tennessee that is consistently ranked among the finest resorts in the world. (I’ve been very anxious to go for a few years). The book, written by Executive Chef and owner’s son Sam Beall is full of fresh, seasonal, delicious recipes and beautiful photography from the farm.
