There has been a lot written lately about meatballs….they seem to be poised to be the latest food trend (like burgers and cupcakes of late). A new meatball restaurant opened in Manhattan this week called simply, Meatball Shop. It sounds great and I’m likely to check it out soon. In the meantime, I wanted to share with you a recipe from Martha Stewart that my friend Bianca whipped up this past weekend. Give these Rosemary Meatballs a try…you’ll be the trendiest cook on the block.
