This Saturday I drove out to Alstede Farms in beautiful Chester, New Jersey. I thought strawberry picking would be a fun way to spend an afternoon.

The berries were plentiful and easy to pick…so easy that I still have pounds and pounds left over after making jam, loaves of strawberry bread, strawberry sorbet, and strawberry iced tea!

I’m looking forward to more berry and fruit picking this summer…stay tuned for all the updates.
