Last week I told you all about a new cooking site I had discovered… smittenkitchen.com. Over the weekend I decided to give a couple of the recipes a try. I was heading to a BBQ and thought I’d bring some ice cream for dessert. I made the Butterscotch and Buttermilk ice cream recipes. The Butterscotch was wonderful…and a great recipe. I did not care for the texture of the Buttermilk (which I added strawberries to) ice cream…but it was still pretty good. My advice..go straight for the Butterscotch…delicious.
