Ryan, who works in a New York salon and styles for many photo shoots, is passionate about teaching women the importance of having a great cut and the right color. “Every woman should have a style specifically tailored to the texture of her hair, flattering to her bone structure, and age appropriate. Working collaboratively with Isaac and the other team members was a unique experience. Isaac really listened to what each woman wanted, yet he suggested ideas that they wouldn’t have dreamed of doing on their own. When we cute off Susan’s hair, she totally changed as a person.
