Mark Bittman (braised artichokes)

Isaac hits the kitchen with chef Mark Bittman to cook up some artichokes. Mark is the author of How To Cook Everything, and appears on the television show “How To Cook Everything: Bittman Takes On America’s Chefs,” which airs nationally on PBS.
